Directions:
This is an Outdoor Fish Fry on the hottest day of the Summer at the cabin. Preferably 90 degrees or more and sunny. The cook overheats while the rest of us sit in the shade of the pine trees.

Walleye, Onion Rings, Potatoes are fried by John. There is no sitting down you stand around and he just keeps filling your plate.

Personal Notes:
The key to this recipe is having fun watching John run around like a Martinson with his head cut off getting everything ready and finally cooked. Besides it being 90 degrees out, he gets the fire to about 450 degrees and his face turns BEET RED from too much sun, too much beer, too much work, and too much heat. He refuses help and seems abnormally angry and not as fun as he usually is. I've learned to enjoy it, the salt from his sweat that falls onto pretty much everything adds an oddly sweet flavor to the meal!
