5 slices bread cubed
8 ounce package of sausage links, cut into thirds
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups milk
1/2-1 teaspoon dry mustard
Butter to prepare pan

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread cubes on the bottom of a shallow, 1 1/2 quart buttered baking dish. Place sausage thirds on top of bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs, milk, and mustard. Pour evenly over cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered in 350º oven for 50-55 minutes.
