3/4 c. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. molasses
1 c. soy sauce
2 qts. water
1/2 c. dark rum

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place salmon in marinade making sure every piece is submerged. Marinate overnight. Remove salmon and rinse each piece with water. Place salmon on paper towel and pat dry. Let salmon dry and place in smoker. Smoke fish for approximately 7 hours, changing the chips as necessary to complete the process.
