12 oz. pasta (any kind)
2 lg. carrots, shredded
1 tbsp butter or oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 c. milk, heated
2 tbsp flour
1/2 c. cold milk
6 cups spinach, washed & dried
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Grease 8 - 10 cup casserole.
Cook pasta. Add carrots 1 min. before done. Drain. Set aside.
Return pan to heat. Add oil. Saute garlic, paprika, salt & pepper, Gradually pour in hot milk.
Dissolve flour into cold milk. Pour into saute & cook stirring constantly 5 min. till bubbly & thickened. Remove from heat. Fold in pasta, spinach & 1/2 the cheese.
Pour into casserole pan.
Top with bread crumbs & remaining cheese.
Broil 2-3 min. till lightly browned.
