2 T oleo, 3 T flour, 1 C milk, 1/4 t salt, 1/8 t pepper, 1/4 t worchestershire sauce, 1 t prepared mustard, 1/8 t thyme leaves, 1 C chopped shrimp, 24 tart shells and snack mate paseturized process cheese spread cheddar.

Directions:
melt butter and cheese blend in flour add milk gradually. Cook and stir over med heat until thickened. Add seasonings and shrimp. Mix well. Spoon approximately 1 t into each tart shell. Heat about 5 min. @ 350º.
