1/2 cup canned milk- microwave 1 minute (Grandma used Sego Milk, but you can't buy it anymore, so it does change the flavor slightly)
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 pkg. yeast or 1 T. yeast- dissolve in 1/4 cup of warm water
4 cup flour

Turn your broiler on for 1 minute to warm oven for rising, then turn off.
Put half of your flour in a pan, add all liquids, oil the sides of the pan, then let raise in a warm oven for 20 minutes.
Mix down and add the remaining flour. Oil the sides of the pan, then raise for 20 minutes in warm oven.
Knead lightly, roll out, and cut out.
With melted butter, butter all sides and fold. Place them on a well buttered pan, and let rise for 20 minutes.
Then bake @ 400º for 12-15 minutes
