3 c tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c onion, sliced thin
2 eggs, beaten
3 slices bacon
1 c ripped up bread for crumbs
2 c grated cheese
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In buttered pie pan put 1/2 of bread. Layer 1/2 of tomatoes, onions and cheese, then repeat. Pour egg over top. Season with salt and pepper. Top with remaining bread and slices of bacon. Bake 45 mintues at 325º.
