1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
1 cup cabbage, shredded & cooked (can use prepared cabbage slaw)
1/4 cup onion, chopped fine
1 can bean sprouts, drained & chopped
1/3 cup celery, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
1 beaten egg for sealing won tons
2 small packages won ton wrappers

Brown meat in skillet. Drain excess fat and juices. Mix rest of ingredients with browned meat. Cook cabbage in microwave for 3-5 minutes until soft. Place 1 tablespoon meat/vegetable mixture in the center of the won ton, brush edge with beaten egg, fold diagonally into triangle shape and pinch-seal, making sure air bubbles escape and seal is complete. Heat oil in fry pan to 375º. Fry about 3 minutes per side until skin is light brown. Can also be deep fried.
