1 small box strawberry jello (can use sugar free)
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin orange sections
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 cup of chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple and boil juice. Add hot liquid to jello and then add 1/2 cup of cold water. Stir until jello is dissolved.

Stir in remainder of fruit (without draining) and nuts. Pour into a servicing bowl. Cover and refrigerate

This is a beautiful salad and you can make this in about 5 minutes. It looks so pretty in a clear glass bowl. It is very refreshing.
