1 small jar apricot preserves
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 cup Russian or Catalina dressing
6-8 chicken breasts
Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken.Cover dish aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 30 minutes

Serve over white rice. This is also a great dish as a leftover.
