1 loaf Great Harvest Bread cut into 1-in. cubes (make 10 cups)
8 eggs
3 cups milk
4 t. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1/2 t. salt (optional)
Topping:
2 T. butter (cubed)
2 T. sugar
2 T. ground cinnamon
Maple Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place bread cubes in greased 13 x 9 x 2-in. baking dish
2. In a mixing bowl beat eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla. Pour over bread.
3. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
4. Remove from the refrigerator 30 min. before baking. Dot with butter.
5. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the top.
6. Cover and bake at 350°F for 45-50 min. or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
7. Let stand for 5 minutes.
8. Serve with Maple Syrup.
