1 15oz can black-eyed peas rinse and drain
1 15oz can shoe peg corn rinse and drain
1 15oz can black beans rinse and drain
2 red peppers chopped about 2 cups
1 red onion chopped about 1 cup
1 8oz zesty Italian dressing
1 can rotel mild or original do not rinse or drain

Directions:

mix all in ingredients together and refrigerate over night or until ready to serve
serve with tostito chips, corn chips, pita triangles or crackers
