1 1/2 cups sour cream (light is fine)
1/4 - 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup white shredded cheese (mozzarella is my favorite)
2 pkgs frozen spinach, squeezed dry
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and cut into quarters
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (or any blended Parmesan)
2 tablespoons minced garlic

salt to taste
pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients except Parmesan cheese until well blended. Place in baking dish (I've used all sizes, a larger one will produce a more dense product) sprayed on bottom and sides with cooking spray. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 30-45 minutes.

You cannot go wrong with this recipe and everyone will love it.
Serve with baked pita chips, toasted bread pieces, Toasts or try something new!
