12 large chicken wings
2 TSR salad oil
1/2 cup diced onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced green pepper
3/4 cup water
1 cup ketchup
2 tabs vinegar
2 tabs lemon juice
2 tabs orchestras sauce
2 tabs brown sugar
1 TSR dry mustard
1 TSR salt
1/4 TSR pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Clip off tips of chicken wings. Heat oil in large deep frying pan & brown wings slowly on both sides. Add onion & garlic and fry until transparent. Return chicken wings to pan & mix remaining ingredients together then pour over wings. Bring to a boil, simmer covered for 10 min.
Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350º for about 1 hour. Baste occasionally & add more water to keep it a good consistency.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes
