2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
1 c. sugar
2 c. grated cheese
6 T. flour
1 stack of Ritz crackers
1 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Drain 2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple and layer in a 9x13 casserole dish. Mix 1 c. sugar, 2 c. grated cheese, and 6 T. flour together and sprinkle over the pineapple. Crush 1 stack of Ritz crackers and sprinkle over the top of the mixture in the casserole dish. Melt 1 stick of butter and drizzle over the top of the cracker crumbs. Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes until bubbly and brown.
