1 beef roast to fit size of crock pot
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 pkg. Italian Dressing mix
1 c. water
Directions:
Directions:
Our water into bottom of crock pot. Combine dry mixes well and sprinkle over roast in the crock pot. Cook on low for 6-7 hours. Mad add vegetables last three hours of so; turn up to high and put vegetables in liquid below roast. Would be excellent with mashed potatoes as it makes delicious brown gravy. Enjoy.
