1 egg
2/3 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. sweet milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
All purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar & shortening together, add other ingredients.
Add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Roll to desired thickness and cut
with cookie cutter. Bake @ 350º about 10 minutes.

I sometimes roll about three sections, wrap in wax paper and chill in refrigerator. Then you can slice cookies as you need them.
