2 1/2 Cups graham cracker crumbs
3 T sugar
6 T butter softened

4 eggs
1 C sugar
3 8-ounce pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice

1/2 pt. dairy cream
2 T sugar
1/2 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Blend well
2. Assemble spring form pan, pour crumbs into pan, press crumbs onto bottom and sides to within 1 inch from top.
3. Beat eggs until light and fluffy; add sugar gradually beating well after each addition
4. Add softened cream cheese, vanilla, lemon juice, beat thoroughly.
5. Pour into crumb shell; spread evenly
6. Bake 30-35 min at 375 F
7. Remove from oven, cool 1 hour
8. Combine sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Spread evenly over cake
9. Bake 15 min at 400 F
10. Cool and chill
