Cake Mixture:

1 yellow cake mix (ignore directions on box)
1 - 11 oz can of mandarin oranges, crushed in juice
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs


Pineapple- Cool Whip Icing Mixture:

1 - 16 oz. tub of Cool Whip©
1 - 15 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 - 5.1 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding

Cake Mixture: 1. Combine yellow cake mix, mandarin oranges, vegetable oil and eggs in a medium mixing bowl. 2. Mix at medium speed with electric mixer for two minutes. 3. Bake at 325º for 25 to 30 minutes. 4. Cool on racks 20 minutes before icing.


Pineapple-Cool Whip© Icing: 1. Combine pineapple and pudding stirring until pudding is dissolved. 2. Stir in Cool Whip©, let chill 10 to 15 minutes in refrigerator before icing a very cool cake.

**Keep Cake in refrigerator or a cool place.
