1 (18-ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or other flavoring (almond, orange, or lemon)
Fruit of your choice: fresh blueberries, banana slices, mandarin orange sections, seedless grapes, strawberry halves, kiwifruit, cherries, peaches, nectarines

Slice cookie dough into 1/2 inch disks, line pizza pan (or cookie sheet) and press together to baking to form a crust. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes or until golden.
While the cookie is baking, beat the cream cheese, sugar and flavor with mixer until fully mixed.
Prepare fruit how ever you would like (smaller fruit pieces work better for eating).
After the crust has cooled, spread cream cheese mixture on the crust.
Top with fruit.
Enjoy!
