3 cups self-rising flour
2 Tbs. sugar
* 1 (12 oz) can of beer (any kind) ROOM TEMPERATURE

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and let rise 10-15 mins. Bake in non-stick loaf pan or lightly spray with Pam. Bake in 350 degree oven. LAST 15 MINS. BUTTER TOP OF LOAF.

* This bread can also be made with a can of Bubble-Up/7-Up/Sprite soda. Just leave out the sugar.
