3/4 cups packed brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup fat free sour cream
2 Tbsp canola oil
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Coat a 9 inch square pan with cooking spray. Stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add sour cream, oil, and applesauce. Stir together just to mix. Do not beat the mixture. Spoon batter into pan and bake about 40 to 45 minutes.
