Dumplings: 3 cups self-rising flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 stick butter
1/2-3/4 cup milk
3 cups roughly diced chicken dark and white
3 cups of chicken broth
2 - 10 3/4-ounce cans cream of chicken soup
1 medium diced onion
1 cup diced celery
3/4 cup cooked rice
3/4 cup small elbow macaroni
3/4 cup low fat can milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
2 medium diced white potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot: pour broth, milk and soup-mix until smooth. Add: chicken, rice, onions,celery, macaroni, potatoes and seasoning. Bring to a boil, turn down heat until potatoes are almost cooked. Add dumplings. Mix the flour, salt, butter and poultry seasoning with a fork. Add the milk, roll out the dough and cut in 1 1/2 inch dumplings. Serves 8.
