21/2 pounds ground round
1/2 cup medium/hot salsa
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup green onions
1/2 cup green/red bell pepper, chopped
3/4 cup bread crumbs
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 large eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil a 9x5 inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients with your hands. Mix well, but don't over handle the mixture. Shape into a loaf and put in the prepared pan and place on a baking sheet. When done, cool for 5 minutes before serving. Remove and put on a serving platter. Slice and serve hot.
