12 oz. of salad macaroni
1 cup of best foods mayonnaise
6 hard boiled eggs
2 big squirts of yellow mustard
1/2 can of black olives
1/4 cup parley flakes
1/2 cup finely chopped celery (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika to garnish

Cook drain and cool salad macaroni. Chop 4 of the hard boiled eggs into big chunks with yolks. Slice olives by hand. Mix together in large bowl macaroni, mayonnaise (add up to 1/2 cup of mayonnaise). Add mustard, celery, salt, pepper, olives, the 4 hard boiled eggs, and parsley flakes. Slice the 2 eggs and garnish top of salad along with a little parsley, and paprika.

VARIATION: Replace macaroni with potatoes for potato salad.
