1 loaf of bread-regular or Texas
5 eggs-6 for Texas Toast
1 stick of butter
1/3 c. of brown sugar
2 T. of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter and put it in a 13 X 9 inch pan. Sprinkle brown sugar over the butter.
Sprinkle 1/2 of the cinnamon. Place the bread in the pan, piece by piece, until the bottom is covered. Place the second layer of bread over the first. Mix eggs with the mild and pour over the bread. Sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon. Put in the frig and let sit over night. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, until the center is no longer mushy.
