1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. chile powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. mild curry powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. ground all spice
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. mace
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 c. ketchup
3/4 c. dark unsulphured molasses
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. tabasco
Yields about 4 cups.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix dry ingredients. Add ketchup, molasses, vinegar and tabasco. Transfer mix to a sauce pan and heat over medium flame until warm. Stir frequently. The idea is to make sure the dry ingredients melt into sauce.

Great sauce for ribs and other smoked meat. When added to a bun or roll makes a great BBQ sandwich.
