4 eggs @ room temperature
2 C sugar
2C Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 C Milk
½ stick sweet butter
1 tsp Butter
½ tsp lemon extract
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until thick.
Add Sugar.
Add Flour.
Bring milk and butter to a boil.
Add to sugar/flour mix.
Mix well.
Add baking powder and extract.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes
