2 T. butter
2 T. flour
¼ tsp. salt
¾ c. milk
1 (17 oz.) can peas, drained
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour. Add salt and pepper. Cook until smooth and bubbly. Gradually add milk. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Stir in peas.
