5 lb. hamburger
2 cans whole tomatoes
2 pkg. Chili-O mix
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. chili powder
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. chopped onions
½ c. catsup
2 cans red kidney beans

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger in a skillet and pour off all the grease by using a colander. Put hamburger in a large pot. Open the tomatoes and crush into small bits. Pour off the liquid. Open the beans and pour off the liquid. Add all ingredients to the hamburger and fill pot with water almost to the top. Bring to a boil and turn down heat to medium, stirring occasionally. Simmer until the chili is a thick consistency.
