½ tsp instant chicken bouillon
½ c. warm water
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 c. celery
¾ c. mayonnaise
2 c. cooked rice
2 T. lemon juice
1 very small onion, grated
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
½ tsp pepper
1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
4 T. melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine instant chicken bouillon and warm water. Mix well. Combine bouillon mixture with all ingredients except butter and dressing. Spoon into a 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Combine margarine and dressing; sprinkle on top of chicken mixture. Bake for 30 minutes.
