1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 teaspoons butter, softened
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
32 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
6 eggs
2 pints sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Press into bottom of a buttered 12 inch spring form pan.

2. Combine cream cheese and sugar; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add sour cream and vanilla and mix well.

Pour mixture into pan and bake at 375 degrees 45 minutes.

Do not open oven door.
Turn oven off and leave cake in oven 1 hour. Cool.
Refrigerate in pan for 24 hours.
