Ingredients:
Ingredients:
16 oz. white mini-marshmallows (Kraft)
2-5 Tbsp. water
2 lbs. C&H Cane Powdered Sugar
1/2 c. Crisco shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Melt marshmallows and 2 Tbsp. of water in a microwave or double boiler: microwave 30 seconds at a time, stirring at each interval, until melted. Place 3/4 of the powdered sugar on top of the melted marshmallow mix. Grease your hands generously and the counter you will be using. Dump the bowl of marshmallow/sugar mixture in the middle. Start kneading like you would bread dough. Continue kneading, while adding the rest of the powdered sugar. Re-grease your hands or counter if the mixture is sticking. If the mix is tearing easily, it is too dry, so add water (about 1/2 Tbsp. at a time) then knead it in. It usually takes about 8 min. of kneading to get a firm, smooth, elastic ball so that it will stretch without tearing. Form into a ball, coat with Crisco shortening, wrap in plastic wrap, then place in Ziploc bag. Store in refrigerator.
