1 stick butter
1 pkg cole slaw
5 green onions, chopped
1/2 C. slivered almonds
2 pkg. Ramon noodles (any flavor-don't use sauce mix), crushed in plastic bag with rolling pin
3 Tbsp. sugar
Diced cooked chicken
Optional: 1/2 C. sesame seeds

Dressing - Blend in blender:
1/2 - 3/4 C. sugar
1/4 C. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Slowly add 1 C. vegetable oil

Directions:

On low heat melt butter and sugar until caramelized. Add crunched Ramon noodles and slivered almonds (and sesame seeds if desired). Saute until they begin to turn tan in color. Cool.

Add rest of ingredients and mix together.
