10 slices bread, buttered
2 or more c. of cooked chicken (you can also use tuna, shrimp or crab meat)
6 oz. grated cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 c. milk
can of cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Assemble souffle in an 8" square pan. 1st layer: trim crusts from 5 slices of bread - butter & place in pan. 2nd layer: add cooked chicken. 3rd layer: cover with 4 oz. grated cheddar cheese. 4th layer: cover with 5 slices bread buttered side down. 5th layer: Beat 4 eggs and 2 cups of milk. Pour over bread. 6th layer: Spread 1 can of soup over all.
REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT.
Bake at 350º, 1 hour. Sprinkle with additional cheddar cheese 15 minutes before its done.
