2 boxes chopped spinach
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1 large onion
4 eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
butter
salt & pepper
garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach and drain well. Mix stuffing mix with small diced onions, well beaten eggs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, salt & pepper and garlic.
Chill mixture for 1 hour before making into balls.
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.

You can put spinach balls on a cookie sheet and freeze. After frozen, you can put them in a
ziploc bag and take out as many as needed.
