1 green pepper chopped, 1 med. onion chopped, 1 1/2 C celery chopped, 2 T butter, 1 C crab meat, 14 oz. can mushrooms drained, 2 C mushroom soup, 1/4 C sherry, 1/4 C Parmesan cheese, 2 C wild rice cooked, 2 1/2 C white rice, 2 C shrimp chopped and 1 C bread crumbs.

Saute pepper, onion and celery in butter. Add rice, shrimp, crab meat, mushrooms and soup season to taste add sherry, Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Put in greased casserole dish and bake in pan of water @ 350º for 1 1/2 hours.
