2 pounds cooked divined shrimp w/o tails or canned albacore tuna
1 red or white onion, diced
3 ripe tomatoes, diced & seeded
1 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large avocado, diced
1 bunch cilantro, diced & washed
1/2 cup lemon or lime Juice
1 bag tortilla chips, tostadas or saltine crackers
Pinch salt and pepper
Jalapeņo chiles, diced optional
