2 lbs. fillet of beef, cut into 1 1/2" x 1/4” strips
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
1 medium onion, cut into strips
1 güero chile pepper or hot yellow chile pepper, finely chopped
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 bunch of cilantro chopped optional

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef strips in olive oil, with salt, garlic, and pepper. Add green peppers, onion, yellow chile, tomatoes, Worcestershire, oregano and cilantro. Let simmer 10-20 min.
Serve in burrito, green salad or with beans and rice. The idea of this dish is strips of seasoned beef.
