1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 medium potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all but the potatoes together. Cut the potatoes lengthwise into wedges. Lay them on a cookie sheet. Spray or brush with oil. Sprinkle one side with the spice mixture. Broil about 10 minutes until the potatoes begin to bubble. (Watch them closely so as not to let them burn.) Turn, spray with oil, and sprinkle once more with the spice mixture. Broil an additional 5 minutes.
