1 can 17 oz. apricots ,

2 cans 16oz. pears,

3 cans 15 oz.pineapple ,

1 frozen box Stouffer's Escalloped Apples, defrosted,

1/3 c. brown sugar,

1/2 tsp. cinnamon,

1/4 tsp. nutmeg ,

1 box crumbled Archway Coconut Macaroon Cookies -

1/2 stick butter, cut in small pieces.

In a bowl blend drained apricots, drained pears, and drained pineapple to defrosted Stouffer's apples. In a separate bowl blend the brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. In a casserole dish, layer half of the fruit mixture; sprinkle with half of the sugar mixture and crumble half of the macaroons. Pour in the remaining fruit, sugar mixture and finish the remaining macaroons. Top casserole with the smalol squares of butter. Bake uncovered in a 350º
oven for 20 minutes. For a large crowd, double the above.
