2 eggs per person
qt. size ziploc freezer bags
ham
bacon
shredded cheeses
chopped onion
chopped green pepper
chopped tomato
salt
pepper
salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Write names on the bags with a sharpie. Crack 2 eggs into the bag and whatever ingredients each person wants in their omelets. Shake to combine. Squeeze all the air out of the bag and zip it up. Place the bags out into a big pot of boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. You can cook 6-8 omelets at the same time in a large pot. After boiling, open the bag and the omelet will roll out easily.

Note: Serve with fruit and coffee cake for an easy breakfast that lets everyone participate.
