Cake:
1 pkg. White Cake Mix
1 1/4 cups water
1/3 cup Crisco oil
4 egg whites
1 can lemon pie filling

Topping:
1 can Vanilla Frosting
1 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oven to 350 degrees
Grease 9 by 13 pan
Prepare cake mix using water, oil and egg whites
Spread batter in pan
Drop pie filling by heaping spoonfuls evenly over the batter.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes
Allow cake to cool
Beat frosting and cool whip and spread over cooled cake. Chill if want...
Best if served chilled.
