32 oz bag frozen Italian Meatballs
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can (12 oz) favorite beer
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup brown sugar

Mix all ingredients and put in crock pot. Cook on low 3 hours.

In the recipe it said to taste the beer to make sure the beer tastes good to you before using in this recipe! I used BBC (Bluegrass Brewing Company) and it was GREAT- Steve made me change the German to Bavarian Meatballs! I still say they are German
