Personal Notes:
Becki: "I remember having this mold every year for Thanksgiving when I was little and I loved it!"

Kris: "Auntie Phil, Uncle Verne's second wife, mother of Kevin, was Esky's version of gourmet when I was growing up. I had cooked goose there for the first time. Uncle Verne was a great hunter and would kill the goose and then clean it and Phil would fix it for Christmas dinner. They lived in a little house out by the airport. "
