2 lbs. Ricotta Cheese
1/4 C. sugar with cinnamon sprinkled on it
1 Small container Heavy Whipping Cream
1 pkg. mini chocolate chips
2 chocolate pie crusts
Directions:
Directions:
Blend Ricotta cheese, sugar and cinnamon
In another bowl beat heavy cream- put in fridge
Fold Chocolate chips into ricotta mixture
Fold in whip cream
put in pie crusts and sprinkle with grated bittersweet chocolate
Keep refrigerated until serving
