1 1/2 c. orange Juice
6 T. butter, melted
2 eggs beaten
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped (in blender) cranberries
1 c. chopped nuts
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt together 1 1/2 cups of orange juice with 6 T. butter. In a bowl beat 2 eggs, add 2 cups of sugar and beat until lite. Stir in warm O.J. and butter mixture. Add 1 tsp. of vanilla. Chop 2 cups of cranberries and 1 cup of nuts and set aside.
Sift 4 cups of flour and 1 tsp. of salt and 1 tsp. of baking soda. Gently mix dry ingredients with O.J. mixture. Add in cranberries and nuts and pour into the 2 well greased loaf pans. Bake in 325º oven for 1 hour. Cool in pans for 10 minutes before you remove. Cool 12 hours before slicing... good luck with that!
