2 cans crescent rolls
2 pkg cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4-1/2 c. brown sugar (to taste)
1/4-1/2 c. chopped pecans (to taste)
Directions:
Directions:
Spread out one package crescent rolls in pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and egg yolk. Spread mixture over crescent rolls. Place second can of crescent rolls on top. Brush top with egg white. Top with chopped pecans. Sprinkle with brown sugar after baking. Bake @ 375º for 25 minutes.
