1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. shredded coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick butter, softened
1 box confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour a 9x13" pan. Mix chopped nuts and coconut. Spread on bottom of pan. Mix cake mix as directed on box and pour over nuts and coconut. Mix cream cheese, butter and confectioners sugar and spoon on top of chocolate mix. Bake @ 350º for 45 minutes.
