2 cans petite diced tomatoes
2-3 cans diced tomatoes with chilies (Rotel)
2 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
2 cans corn (or a bag of frozen corn)
2 packets Fajita seasoning
1 bunch fresh cilantro chopped
4 chicken breasts boiled and shredded (Can use ground beef if prefer)
1 bag frozen chopped onions

Drain all cans
Mix all ingredients in CrockPot and cook for 4-6 hours at a MED temperature.

I have made with no meat, with Chicken and Beef, it is just a matter of personal preference.
Serve with tortilla chips, Shredded Mexican cheese and sour cream! I often times put it over salad too! Also, can really add whatever type of beans you want!
